Job Title	FP&A Manager
Job Description	Candidate will report to the Corporate Reporting Manager. The position will oversee the forecasting process for a multinational $1.4B public company. Responsibilities include: - Overseeing the development of quarterly and annual financial plans - Overseeing the financial board reporting process - Preparing and overseeing the preparation of various financial analyses of forecasts and actual results. - Administrator of the company’s financial reporting and budget tools. - Providing organization and oversight to company-wide financial initiatives as required
Job Requirements & Education	Experience Required: - Knowledge of U.S. GAAP - 7-10 years of progressive financial analysis and management experience required - Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives - Highly motivated self-starter - Hands on team player - Able to work under time deadlines - Experience managing in a team environment - Ability to direct the work of others - Ability to analyze complex information, draw logical conclusions and make sound recommendations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high skill level in Excel - Hyperion Essbase experience preferable Education Required: - BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
